In this practice we will open the energy channels through movement with the breath, and tone our Vagus nerve by using our voice in chants & songs. You will walk through your day a little bit lighter after this mind, body, soulestial experience.

In this practice we remain in poses for approximately 5 minutes each to open energy channels and invite in a gentle stretch into the deeper tissues, heling to regulate emotions, The use of props will support you as you surrender into stillness in the mind and body.​

Gentle Yoga
Friday Mornings

Ideal for absolute beginners. gentle yoga is all about slow, intentional, stress-relieving, tension-melting movement, blending yin yoga, restorative practices, a gentle vinyasa flow, breathwork, and meditation. Poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing students to dig in and surrender into a deep release.

Fire Flow
Tuesday & Saturday Mornings

Fire flow is designed to challenge, this class will use traditional vinyasa pace, connecting breath & to movement to stretch and strengthen, you'll find opportunity to play with peak poses including deep backbends and balancing poses. We recommend a few classes before this one, but you're always welcome to modify your practice to the day and join the fun no matter your experience. HEATED

Hot Fluid flow is an all-levels class for anyone who wants to move, twist, and bend. Movement will be at a mild pace and introduce classic yoga flows and postures to stretch and strengthen. This class is great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike and will include modifications. Warm the body and mind with feel-good movement and breath. HEATED
